At Patriot Gear USA, we are committed to providing a straightforward and dependable customer experience—from the time you place your order through delivery, returns, exchanges, and refunds.
SHIPPING
Patriot Gear USA works to process and ship orders promptly and securely.
Orders are generally shipped the same or next business day, excluding weekends and holidays. Processing and delivery times may vary during periods of high order volume, severe weather, carrier disruptions, holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Once your order has been processed for shipment, you will receive confirmation and tracking information when available.
Shipping charges, available delivery methods, and estimated delivery times are provided during checkout when applicable.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
We want you to be satisfied with your Patriot Gear USA purchase. Eligible merchandise may be returned or exchanged in accordance with the requirements below.
Return Window
Eligible returns must be initiated within 30 days of delivery.
Once a return has been authorized, the authorized merchandise must be received within 15 days.
Returns received outside the applicable return period may not be accepted.
Return Condition
Unless otherwise stated, merchandise must be:
- Unworn
- Unwashed
- Unaltered
- In its original condition
- Returned with original tags, packaging, accessories, or other included materials when applicable
Merchandise showing signs of wear, washing, alteration, damage after delivery, odors, stains, or other conditions that prevent resale may be ineligible for return or exchange.
STARTING A RETURN OR EXCHANGE
Returns and exchanges should be initiated through the Patriot Gear USA Returns Center.
Enter your order information in the Returns Center and follow the instructions provided for eligible merchandise.
Please do not ship merchandise before completing the applicable return authorization process.
WHERE DO I SEND MY RETURN?
The appropriate return instructions and shipping destination will be provided after your return request has been submitted and authorized through the Patriot Gear USA Returns Center.
Please use the return destination provided with your authorization rather than sending merchandise to another Patriot Gear USA address.
DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE OR INCORRECT ITEMS
Please inspect your order when it arrives.
If you believe you received damaged, defective, or incorrect merchandise, contact Patriot Gear USA promptly so we can review the issue and determine the appropriate resolution.
When contacting us, please provide your order number and, when helpful, photographs showing the condition of the merchandise or packaging.
FINAL-SALE & NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
Items specifically identified as Final Sale are not eligible for standard return or exchange.
Other merchandise may be identified as non-returnable when required because of the nature or condition of the product. Any applicable restriction should be disclosed with the product or during the return process.
A discount or promotional code does not by itself make an otherwise eligible item final sale unless the applicable promotion expressly states otherwise.
REFUNDS
Returned merchandise is inspected after receipt.
When a return is approved, the applicable refund will be issued to the original payment method whenever possible. We will send you a notification with the status of your refund.
Financial institutions and payment providers may require additional processing time before a refund appears in your account.
Original shipping and handling charges are generally non-refundable unless Patriot Gear USA determines otherwise or reimbursement is required by applicable law.
EXCHANGES
You can initiate eligible exchange requests through the Patriot Gear USA Returns Center when exchange options are available.
Exchange availability may depend on current inventory, product availability, size, color, or other applicable product options.
