Q. What is your return policy? 

All items are shipped from our Charleston, South Carolina, warehouse.

Our Warehouse staff inspects all items prior to shipmentAll claims for discrepancies and damages must be reported within seven (7) business days of Receipt of the merchandise. We must receive the returned item within 30 Days of Purchase. 
   
Exchanges / Refunds / Damaged Products : 

All items must be returned in original condition (including all paperwork, packaging and accessories) with tags attached. All items must be unworn, unaltered, and unwashed. 

Q. Where do I ship Returns?

Q. What Items can not be exchanged?

  • Items purchased past the 30 day return policy.
  • Items marked as final sale.
  • Free gifts or promotional items with retail value.
  • Items purchased using a 15% discount code or above.
  • Sales and clearance items.  
  • Original shipping and handling fees.

Q. How soon will I receive my Refund?

Typically within 48 hours once your items are inspected by the return department; You will be notified by email.
