  3. Condition of Returned Items: Items must be returned in their original condition to be eligible for a refund or exchange. This includes all accompanying paperwork, packaging, and accessories, with attached tags. Items should be unworn, unaltered, and unwashed to qualify for a return.

Please use the Easy Returns Center form. To ensure a smooth and efficient return process, please ensure that your items are unworn and unwashed, as these are common requirements for a valid return. Also read the additional information below to ensure you have a valid return request. 

Q. What items cannot be exchanged?

  • Items purchased past the 30-day return policy.
  • Items marked as final sale.
  • Gifts or promotional items with retail value.
  • Items purchased using a 15% discount code or above.
  • Sales and clearance items.  
  • Original shipping and handling fees.

Q. How soon will I receive my Refund?

You can expect to receive your refund typically within 48 hours after returned items have been inspected by the return department.
